MENS AND WOMENS SENIOR BASEBALL

Senior Baseball is open to both men and women from ages 15 to 99 years of age. 

Past players are invited to return and new and beginning players are encouraged and welcome to come and join us.

Last Season, 2019-2020, PDS competed in 3 divisions; F, A Grade and a Womens Team.

2018/2019, PDS competed in 4 divisions: E, C, A & womens.

2017/2018, PDS competed in 4 divisions; D,B, A Grade and we entered our first Womens Team.

Divisions were changed slightly due to a re-structure in grades from BWA. The A Grade Team made it into the Finals Round again under the Head Coach of Andrew DePedro and Assistant Lindsay Anderson.

2016/2017 PDS competed in 3 divisions;  F, E and AA Grade. The AA team again made it to the Grand Final under the Head Coaches Andrew Shenk and Michael Gonzalez, but were unlucky in narrowly missing out on the win.

E, C and AA Grades. The AA team moved up from A Grade in 2014-2015 season after winning both the 2012 - 2013 and 2013 - 2014 A Grade seasons under Head Coach and player Lee Darracott.

Following on from the success of our previous years we will be again utilising the talent and expertise of 2 imported players (imports) who will help to coach and mentor our junior players and add strength to our senior rosters.

PRE-SEASON TRAINING

Sundays at Lakelands District Open Space (oval) from 9.30am.

Tuesdays and Thursdays at Merlin Reserve from 4.30pm til dark.

CLUB UNIFORM

Our club colours are Navy Blue, White and Teal; no other colours may be worn (if visible) on the field.

• Club playing hat –  $35
• Uniform Shirt – supplied by the club
• White pants – Mandatory for all grades and to be purchased by player
• Navy belt - Mandatory for all grades and to be pourchased by player
• Navy socks - Mandatory for all grades and to be purchased by player
• Undershirt must be navy

A Protective cup is mandatory for ALL male players

FEES for the 2020-2021 season can be paid by direct deposit, cash or eftpos.  PDS also offers Ezi-Debit (forms found under the Registration Tab above). To set up a payment plan, please contact pdstreasurer00@gmail.com.

FIFO                                                        $240

A deposit of 50% is required at time of registration.  Full fees must be paid by the first scheduled game of the season. 

Your fees cover:

• Affiliation to Baseball WA and Baseball Australia
• Insurance
• Umpire Fee's to WA Umpire Association
• Uniform shirt which is provided by the club
• Council ground/building hire/fees to the City of Mandurah
• Club and ground equipment
• Maintenance, Up keep of club property
